Activities within the Alliance for Animal Law of Asia
On this Page, you will find activities that the Institute of Animal Law of Asia (IALA) organizes with the members of the Alliance for Animal Law of Asia (AALA).
The Alliance for Animal Law of Asia (AALA) is seeking to improve the awareness of animal law issues in Asia and the world. Its mission is to educate through academic and scientific materials, animal organizations' work, and shared events among the AALA members. This will be accomplished by collaborating with and learning from various animal organizations and their approaches towards the legal education and protection of animals.
The Institute of Animal Law of Asia (IALA), an initiator of the Alliance for Animal Law of Asia (AALA), conducts the interview with its members as part of the cooperation with national, regional, and international animal organizations. The purpose of the interview is to introduce our members and their work for animals to the public and our audience.

We are delighted to present our second interview with Catherine Besch, the founder and Executive Director of Vietnam Animal Aid and Rescue - U.S.
Vietnam Animal Aid and Rescue - U.S. was the first animal organization from Asia that joined the Alliance for Animal Law of Asia. We are happy to share the organization's perspective, approach, and vision of animal law in Vietnam and globally.
Recently we sat with Diego Plaza Casanova, the founder and the Executive Director of Centro de Estudios de Derecho Animal (CEDA Chile), to introduce the organization and its work to our audience and the public.
CEDA Chile was the first animal organization that joined the Alliance for Animal Law of Asia, an international campaign that aims to collaborate with national, regional, and global organizations to enhance the protection of animals all over the world. We are happy to have the chance to get to know CEDA Chile's vision and mission.
